Observation

While on the site for a complaint inspection visit, Licensor Rossfeld and Licensor Grgich observed teacher Michelle restrain 2 children. Rossfeld and Grgich did not observe the children engaging in unsafe behaviors and the teacher was telling the children to pick up the blocks. Rossfeld and Grgich observed a forceful hold that held one child who was observed wriggling and scratch at the teachers hands to get out of the restraint hold. The licensors observations were also viewed by the director Renee Eicher and assistant director Karen Cooper via video recording during the visit.
